En=nhf
Our robot for the Breakaway game of 2009-2010, En=nhf, is a versatile, offensively-oriented robot that uses Mecanum wheels, allowing the robot smooth movement in all directions. One joystick allows the driver to move forward and backward, turn left and right, as well as strafe left and right. Bungee-powered kickers on the front and back of the robot provide flexibility in maneuvering the balls on the field.
En=nhf is designed low enough to the ground to travel under the tunnels, and it is capable of traversing the bumps dividing the field.

Our robot for the Lunacy game of the 2008-2009 robotics season is named FF=µFN, pronounced "Fmewfin" or "Mewfin". FF=µFN is a 4-wheeled robot designed to drive around the playing field, scoop up the balls scattered around the field, and shoot them into the trailers of the opposing team. FF=µFN has a vertical rack for storing the balls and a CIM for controlling a pair of wheels to fire the balls.
A key design in traversing the slick field of Lunacy is a traction control system. Two free-rotating wheels between each pair of main wheels record the actual speed on the field at which the robot is moving. The program then limits the speed of the drive motors to a maximum speed that is slightly faster than the speed at which the robot is moving. This forcecs a gradual increase in speed, rather than a rapid one, that aids in maintaining maneuverability. Driver feedback has said that it is indeed much easier to maneuver with this system.
