Okay, so I'm coming to set up at three. What on Earth does a 'runner' do? That was not explained to me xD

I thought half the set-up group was meeting in Todd's room at 3:00 and half was meeting at Skyview at 3:30? (Alexis, I recommend the 3:30 group at Skyview.)

A runner takes the teams from the pits to their meetings. Their job is to keep the teams on track.

Those involved with table resetting, announcing, timers and snack bar need to be there by 8:30. The rest should be there by 8:45. Someone who wants to help with registration should show up at 8:00 and I think one person should help with the snack bar at 8:00.
